“ --Location/Parking-- Next to a huge Vietnamese supermarket. Plenty of parking, but not during the rush hour weekend. --Ambiance-- Limited space where the food is stacked next to each other. It is more of you know what you want, and you get it. --Service/Staff-- The staff are friendly and helped me out even knowing I don't speak Vietnamese. A special shout out to the security guard for helping me check out knowing the line behind me was building up with people waiting to purchase their items. --Food/Products-- Range of Vietnamese food from freshly made. I came for the pastries that are made daily, be warned they can be sitting out that morning since there is no time stamp, but the food is great for the price, and you cannot complain on the range of selection. --Capacity-- The place can get crowded if there are more than 12 people in the store, because the walkways are narrow and can be difficult to get through. --Overall-- Recommended for your quick Vietnamese bite and with their wide choice of pastries to choose from. ”
“ I love this place. They have really good meatballs and all the employees here are so sweet and friendly. Anything you get here will be delicious. The ambiance may not be the prettiest, but the food makes it all worth it. It's quick and easy to go Vietnamese cuisine. Bringing cash here is the best way to pay. ”
“ Excellent Vietnamese street food. Super cheap prices: priced like street food was priced before everyone with a box truck tried to convince us they were a Michelin chef. The food is authentic and freshly prepared. Be advised they sell out of a lot of stuff before lunch is over. Go early. ”
“ Vietnamese prepared foods at really great prices! I got a banh mi, iced coffee, and a bunch of random things all for $40. Most things are labeled in Vietnamese with English translations, including ingredient lists, which is incredibly gracious! It seemed authentic bc the customers were mostly speaking in Vietnamese, and I def saw all these food items when I was in Vietnam. I'm excited to dig into the rest of the food, but the banh mi, iced coffee, and tapioca dessert are all scrumptious! Went on a Sunday, and it was packed! ”
“ For out of towners like me whose hometown has no establishments with packaged warm meals and other foods (like rolls and rolls of banh tet or cha lua), this is the place to go. Unfortunately, we visited Saigon Tofu on our last day (in hopes of finding easy foods to bring home and share), so we weren't able to try more of the meals. We picked up banh mis, rolls of cha lua (they have it warmed out front; i asked for frozen to take home), Xoi, goi cuon and bun with heo quay (was so good... i wish i took home a pound or two of the meat). Would definitely visit Saigon Tofu again! Where else can you find this much variety of fresh Vietnamese foods to go?! (Nowhere else). ”
“ This hole in the wall shop is take out of Vietnamese food. There is a large selection of food from eggs rolls to full lunch plates. They have a good selection of sweet desserts. They made great subs. You can come in and shop ala cart and leave with enough food for two meals. I love their spring rolls, three to a plate and they are packed. The plates range from fish and noodles, pork chops, beef, chicken..... They have a good selection of tofu, from plain to spicy. you can buy a block or in individual cubes. soups too. lot of selections and hard to decide. I had a tofu bowl with spicy, tangy tomato base sauce. The salad was sweet and good. ”
“ Saigon Tofu is a Vietnamese grab and go store located in the Chamblee area, anything that your heart desires snack wise I think they've thought of here. They also sell sugarcane drinks which we tried during this visit. Service was quick and they only take cards (there were signs for that everywhere). Assortment of food they offer as pictured below, they also had hot food in packaging. ”
“ Love this place, for homey type food, I think this is the place to go. There's dishes here that you can't find at restaurants. There's a lot of variety also. My staples are the shrimp cha Gio, there banh uot type dish, and soy. Some other things I've enjoyed is their thit heo quay, and the fried fish cha. If you go early, the food will be super fresh and there would be a lot available. It can get busy but they work hard here to keep foods stocked so you wouldn't miss out on anything. The Bo vien at the register is also very good. I love this place and always try to drop by when im in the neighborhood ”
“ We have a variety of goodies to share. Enjoyed most, especially soft tofu. The only thing I didn't like was fried banana, which was too doughy. We also got sticky rice and some sandwiches for the flight... can't wait to break it out while we're on the air :) ”
“ I'm so happy to have found this gem. Every item sold here was similar to my mom's cooking at home so the food and desserts bring so much memories. I liked their banh cuon (rice noodle with stuff ground meat and shiitake mushrooms) and cha lua and nem sliced. It comes with fish sauce and the herb veggies. I also liked their fried tofu, which comes in lemongrass flavored or mushrooms. The lemongrass tofu is delicious and the flavor gives the right zesty taste. They have three kinds of spring rolls - shrimp, meat or veggie filling. They have summer rolls, different kinds of cha (pork roll), nem, che (desserts), pho and broth on the side so all you need to do it heat up the broth and enjoy. The banh mi is buy 5 and get 1 free. My vacation time in ATL is limited so I didn't get to try most items but next time visit ATL area, I'll be back! ”
